Delivery info

Shipping methods

TentBox rooftop tents

We use Fedex for all TentBox rooftop tent shipments. Larger models are shipped on custom pallets, while smaller models will be shipped as boxed packages.

You will receive updates from Fedex so look out for email/text communications from them.

If you're unavailable for the delivery, you can reschedule directly with FedEx by following the instructions in their email or text.

Shipping costs $99 and will be added at checkout.

Accessories

All our accessory products are shipped via either USPS or Fedex, depending on the size. 

Shipping for accessories is free of charge.

Shipping times

Shipping takes 2-3 business days* from the date of order, depending on your location.

*This is not a guarantee, but instead an estimate based on our average delivery times. To avoid disappointment please don't make any immediate campsite bookings. 

Important delivery information

Check your TentBox before accepting delivery

Please check the condition of the packaging before accepting the delivery. If there is visible damage to the TentBox itself, take pictures and refuse the delivery. Notify us immediately so we can get it sorted as soon as possible.

Cancellation Charges

If you cancel your TentBox order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be charged for the goods to be returned to our warehouse. This will be deducted from your refund. We can provide you with a quote upon request. This is to cover the charges we face from our supplier when cancelling a delivery after it has already been dispatched.

Address Changes

If you need to amend your address after your order has been dispatched, please note that additional delivery charges may apply to cover the costs imposed on us by FedEx.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you change your mind, you can return your item/s to us for a refund.

All items must be in their original packaging and condition, and it must be within 30 days of purchase.

You must arrange for the item/s to be sent back to our warehouse at your own cost.

If you are returning a TentBox, we can arrange the collection for you using our delivery partner, but the item will need to be palletised before collection and we will deduct the collection cost from your refund. We can provide you with a quote for the return upon request.

Once your item has been received back in our warehouse, provided the goods are in the original packaging and condition, your refund will be issued within 7 days, and can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanging a TentBox product may be possible. To exchange your TentBox rooftop tent or accessory, please contact us quoting your order number, and what items you're looking to exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, product must be in their original packaging and condition, and it must be within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may wish to cancel or change your order.

We will do our best to help you as quickly and easily as possible. To change or cancel your order, please reach out to our team.
