Shipping methods

TentBox roof tents

A TentBox is a large, heavy item so we use a 2-person delivery service, provided by our delivery partner Deliveright. You are able to book a delivery day that works for you and will receive text and email notifications about the status of your delivery. 

Accessories

All our accessory products are dispatched using a regular postal service and will arrive separately from your TentBox. 

Shipping is and always will be free of charge. 

Shipping times

Delivery takes 2-3 business days* from the date of order, depending on your location.

We use Fedex for all deliveries. Larger roof tents will be sent on custom pallets, and smaller roof tents and accessories will be sent as boxed packages. You will receive delivery updates from Fedex so look our for email/SMS communications from them.

*This is not a guarantee, but instead an estimate based on our average delivery times. To avoid disappointment please don't make any immediate campsite bookings. 

Important delivery information

Check your TentBox before accepting delivery

Please check the condition of the packaging before accepting the delivery. If there is visible damage to the TentBox itself, take pictures and refuse the delivery. Notify us immediately so we can get it sorted as soon as possible.

Cancellation Charges

If you cancel your TentBox order after a delivery date has been planned, you may incur a charge of up to $300. This will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover the charges we face from our supplier when cancelling a delivery after it has already been loaded onto the delivery vehicle.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you change your mind, you can return your item/s to us for a refund.

All items must be in their original packaging and condition, and it must be within 30 days of purchase.

If you are returning a TentBox, we will arrange the collection for you using our delivery partner, and a collection cost of up to $300 will be deducted from your refund.

For other returns, you must arrange for the item/s to be sent back to our warehouse at your own cost.

Once your item has been received (or collected, in the case of a TentBox), your refund will be issued within 7 days, and can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanging a TentBox product may be possible. To exchange your TentBox roof tent or accessory, please contact us quoting your order number, and what items you're looking to exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, product must be in their original packaging and condition, and it must be within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may wish to cancel or change your order.

We will do our best to help you as quickly and easily as possible. To change or cancel your order, please reach out to our team.

Collections

Due to the size of a TentBox, it's usually easier to have it delivered by our specialised courier Deliveright.

It is possible to collect from your closest Deliveright hub. Place your order, then contact our team to arrange this.
